Selection and Eligibility: Winner will be randomly selected by GoMerch, LLC.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. By entering this Sweepstakes, Participant (or, if a minor, Participant's parent or legal guardian) (i) agrees to release and forever hold harmless GoMerch, LLC and it’s Clients, and their respective affiliates, employees, agents and/or representatives, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, those related to personal injury, death, damage to property, infringement of proprietary rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or defamation) arising our of or in connection with Participant's or any third party's participation in the Sweepstakes or use/misuse of any Sweepstake prize; and (ii) grants to GoMerch, LLC the right to use and publish winner's name, biographical information, portrait, picture, voice, and likeness for trade, advertising and promotional purposes in perpetuity in any now known or unknown media solely in connection with the Sweepstakes, all without further compensation or consideration unless prohibited by law.

GoMerch, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to disrupt the operation of the Sweepstakes or website.
